We have locations in both Cannon Falls, MN and Zumbrota, MN though this position will only be in Cannon Falls.Responsibilities:Conduct complimentary one-hour orientation sessions with every new member, building real relationships from day one that convert into ongoing training clientsDesign personalized fitness programs that get members results and keep them coming back Conduct service appointments including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and exercise form coachingContinually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form and safe techniquePartner with our management team on warm personal training leads generated during membership signupsCrush your monthly revenue goals and watch your income growHelp keep our facility clean, professional, and a place members are proud to call their gymQualifications:Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment.First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employmentRequirements:An outgoing, social personality with the confidence to approach members and talk openly about personal training and pricingSelf-motivated with a genuine hunger to build and grow your own client baseStrong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of lifePrevious sales experience is a plusA fun, energetic team player who will bring great energy to an already awesome staffAbility to work with clients from all walks of lifeDesire for longevityCompensation: This is a part time position with serious earning potential. We operate on a 60/40 commission split where 60% goes directly to you. Trainers typically earn anywhere from $24 to $42 per hour on training sessions, and those who get creative with their coaching and programming can push up to $72 per hour. Your schedule is flexible and built around you and your clients. The harder you work, the more you make. It really is that simple.
